Rules and regulations for the florist workshop, Silesian Park

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organisers of the florist workshop are the companies ArteFiori, based in Chorzów at 13/2 Metalowców Street, owned by Iryna Kadema, and W Korcu Maku in Katowice at 42/2 Józefowska Street, owned by Magdalena Stacherska.
  2. Our florist workshops take place in Chorzów, 2 Różana Street, in the Silesian Park. The dates of the workshops are published on the website, and the profiles of W Korcu Maku and ArteFiori on Facebook and Instagram in the description of the specific event and posters.
  3. By declaring their willingness to participate in the workshop, the participant accepts the provisions of these rules.
  4. In order to book a place in a florist workshop, specific workshops must be purchased under the "add to cart" button on the https://wkorcumaku.pl Enrolment also takes place via the Facebook page and Instagram. Applications in this form qualify for participation in the workshop.
  5. Booking a place in a workshop is valid for 5 days. During this time, the total payment for the Bouquets workshop of £249, for the Head Wreaths workshop of £179, for the Forest in a Jar workshop of £149, must be made using Online Transfer, BLIK, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay available when filling in the form. A discount of 10% on the price of the selected course is available when booking a place by 07/07/2024. Taking advantage of the discount is not required.

  7. Failure to make a payment by the deadline will result in CANCELLATION booking. The organiser will refund 50% of the paid course/workshop fees if the participant cancels after 21.07.2024, cancellation by 20.07.2024 means a refund of 100%. Non-attendance at a floristry workshop entails forfeiture of the payment made without transfer to another workshop.
  8. We cannot guarantee free places on the day of the event, advance payment is a guarantee of participation in the workshop.
  9. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent and their presence at the workshop.
  10. The organiser reserves the right to document the course/workshop by means of audio and video recording equipment and the Participant agrees to this without any claims.
  11. The participant agrees that the Organiser may publish photos and videos of the course/workshop on the website, and ArteFiori and W Korcu Maku's profile on Facebook and Instagram.
  12. The participant agrees to the use of photos and videos of the work made at the workshop for all promotional and marketing activities of our companies.
  13. The workshop prices include all the basic tools used by the participant during the workshop, the material: florist and technical, the extensive knowledge of our florists.
  14. Participants wishing to receive an invoice for the workshop must indicate this option when booking a place.
  15. In the event of weather conditions making it impossible to hold the workshop, the organisers have the right to cancel the event. The situation will be followed by a refund within 7 working days.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The administrator of the workshop participants' personal data is ArteFiori, based in Chorzów at 13/2 Metalowców Street, owned by Iryna Kadema, and W Korcu Maku in Katowice at 42/2 Józefowska Street, owned by Magdalena Stacherska.
  2. The participant's personal data is the data provided when booking a place. The recipients of the personal data are the employees and co-workers as well as the supporting entities of ArteFiori based in Chorzów at 13/2 Metalowców Street, owned by Iryna Kadema, and by W Korcu Maku in Katowice at 42/2 Józefowska Street, owned by Magdalena Stacherska.
  3. Personal data is stored for the purpose of providing marketing information and contact for information about the workshop.
  4. Personal data is stored until the participant's consent is withdrawn, and the participant has the right to access and make any necessary changes at all times.
