GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The florist workshop is organised by W Korcu Maku in Katowice at ul. J\u00f3zefowska 42\/2, owned by Magdalena S\u0142owi\u0144ska.<\/li>
  2. Florist workshops take place in the florist's shop\u00a0at ul. J\u00f3zefowska 42\/2<\/span>, in Katowice.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. Workshop dates are published on the website and W Korcu Maku's Facebook and Instagram profile.<\/li>
  4. By declaring their willingness to participate in the workshop, the participant accepts the provisions of these rules.<\/li>
  5. In order to book a place in a florist workshop, specific workshops must be purchased under the \"add to cart\" button on the https:\/\/wkorcumaku.pl<\/a><\/em>\u00a0Enrolment also takes place via the Facebook page, Instagram and telephone contact. Applications in this form qualify for participation in the workshop.<\/li>
  6. The booking of a place in the workshop is valid for 5 days. During this time, the total payment for the workshop must be made via Online Transfer, BLIK, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay available when filling in the form.<\/li>

  8. Failure to make a payment by the deadline will result in CANCELLATION<\/strong> Reservations.\u00a0<\/li>
  9. Cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop date\u00a0means a reimbursement of 100% of the fees incurred,\u00a0<\/span>in the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the appointed date, a refund equal to 50% of the course\/workshop fees paid.\u00a0<\/li>
  10. Non-attendance at a floristry workshop entails forfeiture of the payment made without transferability to other workshops.<\/li>
  11. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent and their presence at the workshop.<\/li>
  12. The organiser reserves the right to document the course\/workshop by means of audio and video recording equipment and the Participant agrees to this without any claims.<\/li>
  13. The participant agrees that the Organiser may publish photos and videos of the course\/workshop on the website, and the W Korcu Maku profile on Facebook and Instagram.<\/li>
  14. The participant agrees to the use of photos and videos of the work made at the workshop for all promotional and marketing activities of the company.<\/li>
  15. Workshop prices include all basic tools used by the Participant during the workshop, material: florist and technical, extensive knowledge.<\/li>
  16. Participants wishing to receive an invoice for the workshop must indicate this option when booking a place.<\/li>
  17. Florist workshops are held with a minimum of 2 participants.<\/em><\/strong>
    In the event that the required number of participants does not turn up by a given date, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the workshop.<\/em><\/strong>
    In this situation, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to use it to attend another workshop date.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. The participant's personal data is the data provided when booking a place. The recipients of the personal data are the employees and co-workers as well as the supporting entities of W Korcu Maku in Katowice, ul. J\u00f3zefowska 42\/2.<\/li>
    3. Personal data is stored for the purpose of providing marketing information and contact for information about the workshop.<\/li>
    4. Personal data is stored until the participant's consent is withdrawn, and the participant has the right to access and make any necessary changes at all times.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
