Plants for the bedroom - what to choose and why?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Important information! Potted plants have their part to play in effective sleep.<\/p>

It is interesting to note that some plants have a special ability for the so-called reverse photosynthesis process, e.g. orchids, zamioculcas, sansevierias, aloes, scindapsus, herbaceous plants. This is because, especially at night, they provide more oxygen than during the day, unlike standard plants. This is why they are even ideal for the bedroom. They help you sleep, humidify the air and purify it. In addition, they clean the air of toxins such as benzene and formaldehyde, add greenery and promote relaxation.<\/p>

All other plants, on the other hand, are just as good and will certainly do no harm, on the contrary, they will contribute to the creation of a comfortable resting place. The list is long.<\/p>

It is worth spending a few minutes caring for your plants. Cleaning the leaves with a soft cloth of dust and checking the leaves for possible pests done regularly does not take much time, but it does take care of the plant. It makes it easier for the plant to function and thus enhances the beneficial properties of its green friends.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0In addition, time spent in this way can contribute to relaxation through contact with nature. Just stroking, rubbing the leaves and observing has a soothing effect on the senses. It is well worth finding out.<\/p>

On a daily basis, we are surrounded by an enormous amount of stimuli, images, colours or harmful blue light - computers, televisions, telephones.<\/p>

In addition, the colour green in interiors has a relaxing, calming and soothing effect, but above all it BALANCES. The colour green in nature also has a huge range of shades from malachite, emerald, chrysoprase, or that alluding more to celadons, peas etc. etc. You can choose endlessly, juxtaposing sizes and shapes of plants that both solo and in groups look fabulous.
